Background

Stuart is a logistic company aiming to change the last-mile delivery business by connecting businesses across all industries to high quality couriers in a sustainable way. Operating in five countries (England, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, South Africa), the company has three products:

• a mobile application for couriers to perform their deliveries
• a mobile application and an online dashboard for clients to request and monitor deliveries
• an online platform for operations and support teams to manage couriers and packages live

I worked for Stuart for 2.5 years, working on the courier mobile application since I joined.

Role

Product Designer - Researcher Working as the only designer on the project, taking care of the user research as well as we didn’t have researchers in the team.
